- You have purchased the Premium version of ESET Mobile Security for Android, but cannot access the premium features yet
- You have logged into the ESET HOME account with the correct subscription during installation, and the app shows you are using the free version

When you log in to an ESET HOME account during installation or after purchasing the Premium version of ESET Mobile Security for Android, you may need to manually type your Activation key to activate the premium product and access your premium features.
You will need your Activation key from your ESET HOME account or from the email you received from ESET after your purchase.
Solution
Activate ESET Mobile Security for Android

Tap the menu icon
at the top left corner of the screen to bring up the context menu and tap Log in to ESET HOME.

Tap View subscription details.

Tap I have an activation key.

Type your Activation key (hyphens are added automatically) and tap Continue.

Tap Go back. Your subscription is activated, and premium features are now available.
