Lösung
Die Personal Firewall ist ein enger Bestandteil der ESET Smart Security und sollte nicht dauerhaft deaktiviert werden, außer für Diagnosezwecke oder Problembehandlungen am System.
If you need to disable the Personal firewall persistently (meaning it will be disabled until you re-enable it), you can do so, but it is not recommended. Use the following instructions with caution and re-enable the firewall as soon as possible:
-
Open the main program window by double-clicking the
icon in your Windows notification area or by clicking Start → All Programs → ESET → ESET Smart Security.
-
Press the F5 key on your keyboard to access the Advanced setup window (if your settings are password protected, enter your password when prompted and click OK to continue).
-
In the Advanced setup tree to the left, expand Network → Personal firewall and click System integration.
-
Select Personal firewall is completely disabled from the System integration drop-down menu.

Click OK to confirm your changes. Your Protection status icon will turn red, and ESET Smart Security notify you that a restart is required. After restarting your system, the Personal firewall will be permanently disabled.
To re-enable your Personal firewall
-
Follow steps 1 through 3 above.
-
Select All features active from the System integration drop-down menu.
- Click OK to confirm your changes. Restart your computer. After restart, your Personal firewall will be active again.
