I already upgraded my Mac to macOS Big Sur with ESET product version 6.9 and earlier installed.
If you have upgraded your Mac to the beta version of macOS Big Sur and you have ESET product version 6.9 and earlier, your computer will not be protected, and you will receive the following message:
Unsupported macOS version
This ESET product does not support your current version of macOS 10.16.
In this case, we recommend that you upgrade your ESET product to version 6.10 and keep it updated to regain the missing features right after their release.
I am an administrator managing Macs using ESET Security Management Center (ESMC), and I already upgraded my Macs to macOS Big Sur with ESET product version 6.9 and earlier installed.
ESMC agent is supported on macOS Big Sur, and you will receive product status in ESMC. However, because ESET products for Mac version 6.9 are not supported on Big Sur, you will receive the following status:
The product is installed but it is not running
Your Macs will display the following message:
Unsupported macOS version
This ESET product does not support your current version of macOS 10.16.

You upgraded your ESET product to version 6.10 on Mac with macOS 10.15 and earlier and upgraded to macOS Big Sur.
