Issue
- Organize objects and configure access rights in ESET PROTECT On-Prem with static groups
- Create a new static group
Solution

Open ESET PROTECT On-Prem in your web browser and log in.

Click Computers
select the desired group, click the gear icon 
then click New Static Group.

In the Name field, type a name for your new group. Optionally, type a description. Click Finish.

The new group will be displayed under Computers → Groups as a child of the All group.

Change parent group of the new static group
By default, new static groups are created under the parent group All. To create the new static group as a child of a different group, in step 3, below Parent group, click Change Parent Group. In the dialog window, select a new parent group and click OK.
