Error 1603 is a Windows error that can be displayed for a number of reasons. In many cases, this issue can be resolved by restarting your computer. To resolve this error perform the following steps:

• If you are receiving this error on a Windows XP computer, repair the Windows Installer.

• If the issue persists, perform a manual uninstallation of your ESET product and then reinstall it.
