Restore quarantined files after you have closed scanner

If you have already closed the ESET Online Scanner window without restoring quarantined files, skip to method II.

Deleted files cannot be restored

If you select the check boxes next to Delete application's data on close and Remove files from quarantine before clicking Finish, you cannot restore the quarantined files.

Method I: Restore quarantined files immediately after scan

  1. After you have completed a scan, click Manage quarantine

  2. Select the check box(es) next to the file(s) you want to restore and click Restore

  3. Click Back → Finish

 


 

Method II: Restore quarantined files after closing the ESET Online Scanner window

  1. Complete another scan. This step is required if the application was closed after a previous scan.
     
  2. When the scan is complete, click Manage Quarantine.

  3. Select the file you want to restore and then click Restore.

  4. Click Back → Finish
