End of Sales
- End of Sales date: June 30, 2025
- After this date, you cannot purchase a new ESET Parental Control for Android subscription or renew your existing subscription
- The auto-renewal of existing subscriptions will stop
End of Life
- End of Life date: June 30, 2026
- After this date, you can no longer install, activate, or use the ESET Parental Control for Android app and portal
- The app will no longer be active on your devices, and it will be unavailable on the Google Play Store and ESET HOME
Discontinued products and applications
ESET will discontinue the following products and apps on June 30, 2026:
Users with auto-renewal
- If you use a monthly auto-renewal purchased via Google Play, you do not need to take any action. Your subscription will auto-renew until May 2026 at the latest. You can check if you purchased through Google Play by finding your subscription details in your Google account
- If you use monthly auto-renewals that were purchased through the ESET eStore, your monthly auto-renewals will stop after June 2025. To verify if you purchased through the ESET eStore, check the confirmation email you received after your purchase
- If you use yearly auto-renewal, ensure to renew by June 2025 at the latest, as yearly renewals will no longer be possible after this date
- If you have already renewed your yearly subscription anytime before June 2025, your subscription remains valid until its expiration date, with the latest possible end date of June 2026
Subscriptions expiring after June 30, 2026
If you have an active or inactivated ESET Parental Control for Android subscription with an expiration date that surpasses the End of Life date (June 30, 2026), you are eligible for a refund. You will be contacted by your subscription distributor.
