[KB8516] You receive the re-enrollment error using ESET Endpoint Security for Android

Issue

  • You are trying to re-enroll a device to a different ESET PROTECT instance
  • You are trying to re-enroll a device enrolled in an ESET PROTECT instance, but using a re-enrollment link generated for a different device 

Solution

  1. We recommend that you do not uninstall ESET Endpoint Security for Android.

    Check with your administrator before uninstalling ESET Endpoint Security for Android. Changing the ESET PROTECT Server could be a security issue.

  2. Uninstall and reinstall the ESET Endpoint Security for Android mobile app.
