[KB7457] Synchronize specific Active Directory Organizational Units with the ESET Endpoint Encryption Server

Issue

• Import specific users from an Active Directory (AD) Organizational Unit (OU) in the ESET Endpoint Encryption Server

Solution

1. Click your Organisation name.
   
   
2. Click Active Directory.
   
   
3. Click Settings.

4. Click OU Filter.
   
   
5. Select Synchronise users from the selected Organizational Units (OUs) check box.
   
   
6. Select applicable OUs.
   
   
7. Click OK.

8. Click Resync to import the selected users.
