Solution
Only enable Windows Installer (MSI) logging if instructed by a member of our support team to diagnose a specific installation issue.

Visit this Microsoft article to Manually enable Windows Installer logging.

Re-create the installation issue you are experiencing.

To disable Windows Installer logging, remove the created keys and subkeys.

To obtain the log file, press the Windows key + R.

In the Run window, in the Open field, enter
%temp%
and click OK. -
Explorer will show the contents of the temporary folder. Locate the
.log
extension MSI file created during installation. -
Compress a copy of the
.log
file and attach the .zip to your support ticket.
