New users

New ESET PROTECT Cloud users that do not have an ESET Business Account (EBA), click here for full instructions to set up and deploy EBA and ESET PROTECT Cloud. 

System Requirements and Installation Prerequisites

Complete each prerequisite before proceeding to Step 2:

Prepare your ESET account

  • Business users – ESET recommends that you use ESET Business Account (EBA).
  • Managed Service Providers (MSP) – ESET recommends that you use ESET MSP Administrator 2 (EMA 2).
ESET Business Account (EBA)
  • If you already have an EBA, continue to Step 3 below.
  • If you do not have an EBA, create an account.
  • When you create an EBA and register your company, the activation link will be sent to the working email of your new EBA administrator. The activation link is only valid for one hour.

Add eligible license to EBA or EMA 2


ESET Business Account (EBA)
ESET MSP Administrator 2 (EMA 2)

Activate ESET PROTECT Cloud

Create Live installer package

Deploy the installer and post-installation
