Solution
Follow the steps below to complete the upgrade to ESET Endpoint Security for Android.

Create a software install task to upgrade ESET Endpoint Security for Android using ESET PROTECT.

On your Android device, navigate to the location where you have installed ESET Endpoint Security for Android (SD card or internal storage) and locate the following file:
/android/data/com.eset.endpoint/files/install_apps/. -
Tap the installation file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upgrade for ESET Endpoint Security for Android.
