Solution
Please note that ESET MSP Administrator 2 (EMA2) is currently available for testing and educational purposes only, and therefore not all functionality is available.
Limitations:
- We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, as we are still optimizing support for other browsers.
- We will be releasing a new version of EMA2 BETA every Monday. Beware of possible outages lasting up to several hours on Mondays.
- It’s not possible to use ESET Remote Administrator along with the testing version of EMA2, nor activate ESET security products ordered from EMA2 BETA.
- Data created in the test environment will not be copied to the production environment and may be deleted due to being corrupt or inconsistent with other ESET systems.
Known Issues:
- We are still finalizing the Billing and License usage reports, the system may display incorrect data.
