ESET Virtualization Security could not connect through Epsec library to virtual machines

Solution

If you experience issues with the number of connected/protected machines, verify VMware Tools (including VMCI driver) is installed on the virtual machines that should be protected. Also, the security group that contains virtual machines must have an assigned ESET Virtual Security (EVS) policy.
