- Wrong deployment parameters during deployment or inaccessible ERA server
Solution
The appliance connects to ERA Server during configuration to establish a connection and install ERA Agent with specific certificates to ensure secure communications. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot a failed appliance configuration.
- Check all of the deploy parameters in the ERA configuration to make sure that everything was entered correctly.
- Contact your network administrator to check that your ERA Server and all specific ports are accessible for this deployed appliance.
If you need to make any changes to any of the parameters, must re-deploy vAgent Host again.
