Version 6 of ESET Remote Administrator (ERA) and ESET business products were released in North America December 11th, 2014, and globally February 25th, 2015. ESET Remote Administrator uses TCP ports 137 and 445 to use the Get Info feature from a workstation. These ports need to be open both on the server and on the client workstation's firewall.
