The ESET Antispam toolbar appears by default in Microsoft Outlook when you use a compatible email client and an ESET Windows security product that supports this feature. For more information, see the list of email clients compatible with ESET Windows products.

The toolbar allows you to mark emails as Spam or Not spam, and assign email addresses to the Blacklist (addresses marked as a Spam address) or Whitelist (addresses marked as a Trusted address).


Solution

  1. Open the main program window of your Windows ESET product.

  2. Press the F5 key to access Advanced setup.

  3. Click Email client protection.

  4. Click Mailbox protection.

  5. Click Integrations.

  6. Enable or disable the toggle next to Integrate into Microsoft Outlook and click OK to save your changes.

  7. Restart your email client.

ESET Antispam toolbar does not appear when email client integration is enabled

If the Antispam toolbar is missing, try disabling and re-enabling email client integration in your ESET product. In some cases, the issue may be caused by a compatibility issue between your email client and the version of the ESET product you are using.
