Solution

Possible delay

Allow 24–48 hours after entering your activation key for your updated expiration date to display.

Auto-renewal subscription validity

  1. Open the main program window of your ESET Windows product.

  2. Click Help and support. The status of your auto-renewal subscription will be shown next to Validity.

Manual renewal subscription validity

  1. Open the main program window of your ESET Windows product.

  2. Click Help and support. The date your Manual renewal subscription will expire will be shown next to Validity.
