Problème
- Unable to use Ctrl+Alt+Delete command while using LogMeIn to remotely access computers
- HIPS prevents Ctrl+Alt+Delete command from working
Solution
- Open ESET Smart Security or ESET NOD32 Antivirus.
- Press the F5 key to open Advanced setup.
- Expand Antivirus, click HIPS and click the Edit button for Rules.

- Select Add.

- Enter the Application name for Rule Name and toggle Applications on. Click Next. Fig. 1-3
- Select Specific applications from the drop-down menu and click Add.

- Click the browse icon and navigate to the application you want to create the rule for, select the application and then click Open.

- Click OK and click Next.

- Toggle All Application Operations on and click Next, then Finish. Click OK twice to exit Advanced Setup.
