Open the main program window of your ESET Windows application.

Click Tools → Scheduler.

Click Add task.

In the Task name field, type a name for the new task. Select On-demand device scan from the Task type drop-down menu and click Next.

Next to Schedule task to run, select the applicable interval and click Next.

Specify the day and time for the scheduled scan and click Next.

Select an alternate time for the task to run if the task is skipped (for example, if the computer is off) and click Next.

Select In-depth scan from the Profile drop-down menu and select This PC to scan all objects. Click OK.

Click Finish. The scan is now scheduled with the configured parameters.
