Enroll iOS and iPadOS devices using ESET PROTECT

1. Open ESET PROTECT Webconsole.

2. Click Quick Links, under Set up your devices, click Mobile devices.

   

3. Ensure that Android or iOS/iPadOS is selected. Click the check box under Legal documents and click Enroll with QR code. For other enrollment methods, visit the Online Help page.

   

4. Type in the Device name and click the Generate QR code.

   

5. On your iOS or iPadOS device, scan the QR code and open the link mdm.eset.com that appears on your screen.

   

6. On the Connect to ESET PROTECT website, click Download MDM profile.

   

7. Click Allow to confirm it.

   

8. Type in your passcode.

9. The profile is now downloaded.

10. Open the Settings app .

11. Tap Profile Downloaded.

    

12. Tap Install.

    

13. Type in your passcode.

    

14. Tap Install.

    

15. Tap Trust.

    

16. The profile is now installed. Tap the checkmark next to Profile Installed or leave the Settings app.

    

Manage iOS devices in ESET PROTECT

1. Open ESET PROTECT Webconsole.

2. Click Computers → Mobile devices → iOS & iPadOS devices.
