Solution

No ESET security application for iOS and iPadOS

Currently, there is no ESET security application available for iOS and iPadOS (iPhone and iPad). Read more about increasing the security of your iOS device.

Enroll iOS and iPadOS devices using ESET PROTECT

  1. Open ESET PROTECT Webconsole.

  2. Click Quick Links, under Set up your devices, click Mobile devices.

  3. Ensure that Android or iOS/iPadOS is selected. Click the check box under Legal documents and click Enroll with QR code. For other enrollment methods, visit the Online Help page.

  4. Type in the Device name and click the Generate QR code.

  5. On your iOS or iPadOS device, scan the QR code and open the link mdm.eset.com that appears on your screen.

  6. Continue with iOS Device Enrollment on the device, follow the steps in the ESET Online Help iOS Device Enrollment topic.

Manage iOS devices in ESET PROTECT

  1. Open ESET PROTECT Webconsole.

  2. Click Computers → Mobile devices → iOS & iPadOS devices.
