Solution

Antivirus and antispyware protection disabled

If you disable Antivirus and antispyware protection, your computer is not protected against some types of threats.

We do not recommend disabling Antivirus and antispyware protection to install third-party software. If you receive an error during the installation, we recommend contacting the third-party software developer for a solution instead of disabling Antivirus and antispyware protection.

Always re-enable Antivirus and antispyware protection as soon as possible.
