Solution
If your ESET product is unable to update, you may receive a warning from the Windows 7 Action Center. However, you can only resolve the issue from the main program window in your ESET product. To troubleshoot an update issue, see the list of troubleshooting steps below:

Make sure your ESET-issued Username and Password are entered correctly.
- Confirm you are using the correct ESET product and license. Which ESET product do I have and is it the latest version?
- Open a browser window and go to http://www.eset.com to verify that you have an active Internet connection.
