1. Press the Windows key + Q, type cmd into the Search field and click Command Prompt.

2. In the Command Prompt, type systeminfo and press the Enter key.

3. Scroll up and look for the System type section.

   • If you see x64-based PC, you have a 64-bit system
   • If you see x86-based PC, you have a 32-bit system
   • If you see ARM-based PC, you have an ARM system
     
     

   

4. Download an .msi installer of ESET endpoint applications for Windows according to your system type:

   Version 12.1 is the last supported version for 32-bit Windows

   ESET Endpoint Antivirus / ESET Endpoint Security 12.1 are the last versions supported on 32-bit Windows operating systems. Download links for 32-bit versions will be available and will download ESET applications version 12.1 until these applications reach End of Life status. For more information, see the End of Life policy.
