Solution

1. Open Control Panel.

   • Windows 10: Right-click the Windows icon in the buttom left corner and select Control Panel from the context menu.
   • Windows 11: Search for Control panel in the Start menu and press the Enter key.
     
     

2. Under Programs and Features, click Uninstall a program.

3. Select the program you want to uninstall and click Uninstall or Change (depending on your operating system).

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the uninstallation.

5. Restart your computer and then proceed to installation of your ESET product.
