[KB7934] Import policies from ESET endpoint products to ESET PROTECT or ESET PROTECT On-Prem

You manage ESET Endpoint Security and ESET Endpoint Antivirus products from ESET PROTECT or ESET PROTECT On-Prem and want to import the policy configuration from a client workstation and apply the policy to other client computers

Open ESET PROTECT or ESET PROTECT On-Prem
Click Computers, select the appropriate computer then select View Details from the context menu.

Click Configuration, select Security product → Open Configuration.

Configuration options are unavailable

If the Configuration options are unavailable, click Request Configuration and wait for the client to check in with its configuration.

Click Convert to Policy.

In the Name field, type a name for the policy.

Click Assign → Assign.

Select the appropriate client computers and click OK.

Click Finish.
