  • Nadat u een update voor uw ESET Endpoint Encryption (EEE) licentie hebt gekocht, moet u uw licentie in EEE synchroniseren
Dit artikel is van toepassing op stand-alone installaties

Dit artikel is alleen van toepassing op onbeheerde (stand-alone) installaties. Bij beheerde installaties beheert de beheerder de licenties in de EEE Server.

Oplossing

Zorg ervoor dat je de Product ID en Product Key hebt die je per e-mail hebt ontvangen. Klik hier om uw vergeten product-ID of productsleutel terug te krijgen.

  1. Log in bij EEE.

  2. Klik met de rechtermuisknop op het ESET Endpoint Encryption-pictogram in het meldingsgebied, klik op Licentie en vervolgens op Licentiewizard.

  3. Typ in het dialoogvenster de product-ID en de productsleutel in de relevante vakken en klik op Volgende.

  4. Volg de stappen van de wizard. Het proces wordt gesynchroniseerd met de EEE licentieserver en de bijgewerkte licentiegegevens worden toegepast.
