- Explanation of Active Directory user states
- Manually add back ignored user to EEE
Solution
Explanation of Active Directory user states
User is unlinked |
|
This is the default state for an Active Directory user after synchronization. The user was found during synchronization with Active Directory and the user is not added to EEE Server. |
|
User is linked |
|
The user was successfully added to the EEE Server and is linked to Active Directory. |
|
User is ignored |
|
The user was added and linked but was later deleted from the EEE Server but not the Active Directory. Next time you synchronize EEE Server with Active Directory this user will not be added. |
Manually add back ignored user to EEE
-
Log in to your EEE Server.
-
To view Active Directory users in EEE, click Organization → Active Directory → Unlinked and from the drop-down menu select Ignored.
-
Select a user and click Unignore User.
-
Click Resync. The user will be added back to EEE.
