End of support for version 4 ESET Mail Security and File Security products

ESET Mail Security version 4 and ESET File Security version 4 have reached End of Life status. These products are no longer receiving detection updates to protect against malware. You must upgrade to a more recent version in order to be protected against threats.

 

ESET Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange Server version 6.4.10011 has been released and is available to download.

  • Added: Support for Microsoft Windows Server 2016
  • Fixed: Blue screen error (BSOD) caused by Device Control module after removable media is inserted
  • Fixed: Self-Defense does not protect a specific registry key, disclosing partial product functionality
  • Fixed: Anti-spam filtering ability of messages with empty sender field

Using ESET Remote Administrator: Deploy or upgrade ESET products using ESET Remote Administrator (6.x)

On client workstations: Upgrade ESET Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange Server to the latest version
