Issue
- When adding a new subscription to your ESET HOME account, you get the "This subscription is currently managed by another ESET HOME account" error message
- You have several ESET HOME accounts and want to keep just one

Solution
I. Delete one of your ESET HOME accounts
To activate a subscription associated with your secondary ESET HOME account, you need to delete the secondary ESET HOME account, then activate the subscription in your primary ESET HOME account. When choosing which ESET HOME account to delete, we recommend deleting the account with less data.

Log in to your ESET HOME account.

Click your email address in the upper right corner → My account, and click Delete account.

Click Verify identity.

Type your password and click Continue.

Click Delete account. Your ESET HOME account is now deleted. Continue with the next section: Activate the subscription in your ESET HOME account.

II. Activate the subscription in your ESET HOME account

Log in to your ESET HOME account.

Click Subscriptions.

Click Add or buy.

Type your Activation key, then click Add subscription. Your subscription is now activated in your primary ESET HOME account.
