"License Key" renamed "Activation Key" in ESET products for home

"License Key" was renamed "Activation Key" in ESET products for home version 17 and later. "License Key" is still used in ESET business products. For more information, visit the Changes in ESET consumer offering Knowledgebase article.

Locate your subscription information or Activation Key in your email inbox

ESET subscription emails are always sent from noreply@orders.eset.com.


Get your subscription information or Activation Key emailed to you

If you use an ESET product for Windows, macOS or Linux, you can get your subscription information or Activation Key resent to you. Visit the Lost ESET Subscription page to retrieve your subscription information. If you have ordered multiple ESET subscriptions from a single email address, all the subscriptions will be resent to you.


You only received a Username and Password from ESET

If you only received a Username and Password for your Windows, macOS or Linux ESET product, continue as if you have lost your subscription information or Activation Key. Visit the Lost ESET Subscription page to retrieve your subscription information. 


Manage your subscriptions via ESET HOME, ESET PROTECT Hub or ESET Business Account

We recommend that you manage your ESET subscriptions via ESET-provided tools.
