[KB8012] Resolve error "Failed to Load Data: Report template is incorrect" in ESET PROTECT

If you use the default Administrator user or are unable to perform the tasks below (the option is unavailable), create a second administrator user with all access rights.

Details

The "Failed to Load Data: Report template is incorrect" error can occur when the ESET PROTECT, and ESET PROTECT Server are not the same version.

Solution

To resolve this error message, make sure that your ESET PROTECT components are all updated to the latest version. Upgrade ESET PROTECT components using the Component upgrade task.
