Press the F5 key on your keyboard to access Advanced setup.
Expand Web and Email, click Email client protection and expand Antispam Address Books.
Click the slider bar next to Add addresses from own accounts to deselect it and then click OK.
Confirm that your own email address is not on the User's Blacklist. If it is, delete your email address from the Users.
