Details

The Filter Options section provides administrators two additional filtering options in the ESET Remote Administrator Console (ERAC). By selecting the check box next to Show unregistered computers only (in version 4.x, Unregistered computers), administrators can view a list of workstations that are not listed in the current server database. To find unregistered clients in ERAC, follow these step-by-step instructions:

Printers and other peripheral devices

The Show unregistered computers only filter option uses Windows networking functionality to identify all devices on the same subnet and within the same IP range as the computer where ESET Remote Administrator Server (ERAS) is installed. If there are printers or other peripheral devices with an IP address on the network, they may appear on the list of unregistered computers.
