ESET offers a number of Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) plugins to be used by Managed Service Providers (MSP).
Solution
ESET partners can proactively distribute product licensing for a variety of ESET solutions to large groups of clients through the ESET Managed Service Provider (MSP) program. After a partner has been established as an ESET MSP, users manage and monitor customer licenses in the ESET MSP Administrator (EMA) version 2 portal.
DEM RMM plugin integration or eRMM activation
ESET offers plugins that help you perform MSP tasks:
- ESET DEM plugin for ConnectWise Automate
- ESET DEM plugin for Datto RMM
- ESET DEM for N-able N-central (formerly SolarWinds N-central)
- ESET DEM for N-able N-sight RMM (formerly SolarWinds RMM or N-able RMM)
- ESET DEM plugin for NinjaOne (formerly SolarWinds NinjaOne)
- ESET DEM plugin for Kaseya VSA
If your tool is not listed above, manually activate the eRMM function in your ESET Endpoint Security product and then link your tool.
