Manage Auto-Renewal settings for your ESET licenses



If you recently made a purchase at the ESET eStore (, you may have choosen to enable Auto-Renewal for your ESET licenses. To edit renewal settings for your licenses, visit

You will be prompted to enter your ESET Username (your email address) and Password. This information is included in the email you received following your purchase, or click here to retrieve your Username and/or Password.


Can I activate Auto-Renewal for my older ESET products?

Yes. Activate Auto-Renewal for any home product licenses purchased from the U.S. eStore as long as the license does not expire within the next 10 days.


How do I disable Auto-Renewal?

Access your account settings from the eStore My Account, next to the license you want to disable Auto-Renewal on, click Turn Off Auto-Renewal.


Update account information

Log in to your estore My Account to update your account information. Click Edit email, Edit password, or Edit billing to change your information in the respective sections. You must have an existing eStore Account to be able to log in and change your information. You will only be able to see your product licenses that are eligible for Auto-Renewal.
