[KB2885] Download and install ESET offline or install older versions of ESET home and small office products for Windows

Issue

• You receive an installation error when attempting to install your ESET product using the ESET Live Installer
• Install an ESET product using ESET offline installer
• Install an ESET product on a computer with no internet connection
• Download the installation file (.exe) for a previous version of your ESET home and small office product for Windows

Solution

macOS users: Upgrade to ESET Cyber Security and ESET Cyber Security Pro version 6.6 fails on previous versions of macOS

Offline installers

If you receive an installation error when using the ESET Live Installer, follow the instructions below to download and install your ESET home and small office product for Windows using the offline installer.

1. Determine which installation package to download.

2. Download the latest version of the offline installer below. Always create a new folder for an installation package and Save or move the installer to this folder before running it.

   By downloading an earlier version of this product, you explicitly agree to the terms and conditions of the new End User License Agreement in your language. Otherwise, download and install the latest version of this product.

3. When the download is complete, click Run to begin the installation, or navigate to the download file and double-click it to begin the installation.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions in the Installation Wizard. You can follow the illustrated installation instructions.
