  • Transfer or move your ESET product to a new device

Solution

  1. Uninstall any non-ESET antivirus software on your new computer or device.

    You must uninstall any antivirus software currently installed on the machine you want to install ESET.

    After identifying the antivirus product installed on your new computer or device (if any), uninstall it using one of the uninstallers from one of the following Knowledgebase articles:

    If your old device is not working, disconnect the device from your subscription via ESET HOME
