[KB5942] How do I disable proxy server in ESET Endpoint Antivirus or ESET Endpoint Security? (6.x)

Problème

• ESET product is having trouble connecting with ESET servers and recieves ECP.4098 error.

Solution

1. Open ESET Endpoint Security or ESET Endpoint Antivirus. How do I open my ESET product?


2. Press the F5 key to open Advanced setup.


3. Click to Tools → Proxy server, click the slider bar next to User proxy server and click OK to save changes.
