- Enable advanced antispam scan to use the most recent reputation-based information when scanning emails for spam
Solution
Follow the steps below to enable advanced antispam scanning to record spam scores for all new emails and more closely examine emails for signs of spam.

Press the F5 key to open Advanced setup.

Expand Web and Email → Email Client protection. Expand Antispam Protection, click the toggle next to Allow advanced antispam scan to enable it and click OK.
