[NEWS8844] ESET PROTECT On-Prem 12.1 & 12.0 & 11.1 servicing update has been released

ESET PROTECT On-Prem servicing update has been released for versions 12.1, 12.0 and 11.1 and is available to download and update:

Apache Tomcat is a mandatory component required to run the ESET PROTECT Web Console. If you are upgrading to the most recent version of ESET PROTECT On-Prem, or if you have not upgraded Apache Tomcat for a prolonged period of time, it is important to upgrade Apache Tomcat to avoid problems with file import in the Web Console.

FIXED: Apache Tomcat upgrade to 9.0.107 due to discovered vulnerabilities in the earlier versions CVE-2025-48988, CVE-2025-48976, CVE-2025-52520 and probably CVE-2025-52434
FIXED: Product upgrade crashes when upgrading from version 12.0 to 12.1 when not connected to database
FIXED: MSP license synchronization takes a long time and slows down the product
FIXED: Report generation in clustered environment results in failure request timeout exceeded
FIXED: Option to configure ESET LiveGrid reputation and feedback system not functional under Simplify your license management
FIXED: Various other minor improvements and fixes
