[KB7986] Clear resolved detections in the ESET PROTECT Web Console (8.x)

Issue

Required user permissions

This article assumes that you have the appropriate access rights and permissions to perform the tasks below.

If you use the default Administrator user or are unable to perform the tasks below (the option is unavailable), create a second administrator user with all access rights.

Solution

Mark detections as resolved so that only new or unresolved threat detections are displayed in the ESET PROTECT Web Console.

  1. Open the ESET PROTECT Web Console in your web browser and log in.

  2. Click Detections and select your desired group. Select the check boxes next to the detections that you no longer want to see displayed, click Resolve, and then click Mark As Resolved.

Select all entries

You can select all entries in the list by clicking the check box above the item list.

  1. Click Presets and click All unresolved detections. The detections you have marked in Step 2 will no longer be displayed.
