If you are experiencing issues using ESET Endpoint Encryption (EEE) Go, turn on diagnostic logging, and attach the log file to your support ticket. We recommend verifying the version of EEE Go as the log file is only available in v1.60.0 Build 55 or later.
Solution
- Plug in the encrypted removable device and run DLPGO.exe.
- Press the Ctrl key on your keyboard, right-click the EEE Go icon in the system tray and select Logging.

- Select Exit & Secure Drive.
- Run EEE Go again.
- When prompted to Continue with logging enabled, click Yes.
- Recreate the issue.
- Exit and restart EEE Go.
- When prompted to Continue with logging enabled, click No to continue using EEE Go with logging disabled.
- Attach the generated logfile to your support ticket.
