Issue

ESET Endpoint Encryption (EEE) Client and EEE Server are separate products from ESET Full Disk Encryption (EFDE)

The article below applies only to the EEE Client or EEE Server and not EFDE.

  • Your support ticket must include a screenshot of Disk Management in ESET Endpoint Encryption (EEE)

Solution

  1. Press the Windows key , type diskmgmt.msc into the search bar and then click diskmgmt.msc.

  1. Verify the details in the Disk Management screen and press the PrtSc (Print Screen) button.

  1. Open Microsoft Paint and press CTRL+V on your keyboard.

  2. Save the image as a .png file and attach it to your support ticket.
