Upgrade ESET business products.

When Override mode is enabled, a local administrator can change settings defined by an existing policy, but only for a temporary period of time. 

  1. Open ESET Remote Administrator Web Console (ERA Web Console) in your web browser and log in.

  2. Click Admin → Policies, select your policy for Windows endpoint products and then click Policies → Edit.

  1. Expand Settings and select Override Mode

  2. Expand Override Mode Settings and click the slider bar next to Allow override by local admin.

After receiving the policy changes, client computers will allow a local administrator to make temporary changes to settings defined in the policy.
