Issue
Windows Application Log displays the following error message: "Event ID: 1057 - Agent 'ESET Filtering AV Agent' went async but did not call Resume on the new thread, while handling event 'OnSubmittedMessage'."

This event message is triggered due to Microsoft Exchange API and backward compatibility with earlier versions of the .NET Framework.
Solution
It is safe to ignore an "Event ID: 1057" error message. This error message does not have any effect on ESET Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange Server or its protection status.
