[KB3685] Delete screenshots from the Anti-Theft portal on my.eset.com

Issue

  • Delete screenshots taken by your device while it was marked as missing

 

Details

When your device is marked as "missing" in the my.eset.com Anti-Theft portal, it takes screenshots and other images every 10 minutes by default.

Solution

  1. Log in to your my.eset.com account.

  2. Click Anti-Theft.

  1. Select the device that took the photos you want to remove from your account.

  1. Click Activity and scroll down to the Images from this device section. Click the X in the lower corner of the image you want to delete.

  1. Click Delete image. Your image will be deleted.
