We have identified an issue related to the release of the Ransomware Remediation feature. After upgrading to version 12 of an ESET endpoint product with Ransomware Remediation enabled, devices activated within a site pool (assigned to a specific site) lose their site allocations in ESET Business Account.
To resolve this, reactivate the affected devices using the relevant site licenses and reassign them to their respective sites or manually move the devices to the appropriate sites directly in ESET Business Account.
