[KB7216] Manually sync the ESET Endpoint Encryption Client and Server

Issue

ESET Endpoint Encryption (EEE) Client and EEE Server are separate products from ESET Full Disk Encryption (EFDE)

The article below applies only to the EEE Client or EEE Server and not EFDE.

Solution

Manually sync the ESET Endpoint Encryption Client

  1. In the Windows notification area, right-click the ESET Endpoint Encryption icon. 
    Icon not present:

    If the icon is not present in the notification area, use the up arrow to view all icons.

  2. Click Proxy Sync.

  1. Log in to the ESET Endpoint Encryption Server.
     
  2. Click Proxy Sync.

  3. The Status display will show OK and the Last Sync time will update.
